We want you to love your Nuffinz and believe that you should not buy things you don't need or don't want to use. That is why we offer a return period of up to 14 days after purchase. The items must be returned in their original condition. This means that returned items must not be worn, altered or damaged and must include all original packaging and tags.
If you have received a faulty product from us, please write to us (email@example.com) - preferably with a photo of the fault or damage. Then we will look for a pragmatic solution.
Otherwise, we ask you to return the product(s) - and it works like this:
Please send the package carriage forward with the Austrian Postal Service: Nuffinz, Paketfach MH Direkt 1, A - 6965 Wolfurt.
Please keep the deposit receipt, this serves as proof for the return shipment, in case your package gets lost on the way to us.
1. Create your personal return label on the returns portal of our parcel service DHL.

Enter your data in the online form and shortly afterwards you will receive an email with your return label. In the field "order number" please enter your customer or order number (you can find it on the order confirmation). Print out the label and stick it on the package (preferably in the original packaging to avoid transport damages). Please use our free option and do not send your product back on your own!
If you come from another country, please contact us and we will find an individual solution.
2. send your package back with the return label (this is the only way to return the product free of charge) and keep the deposit receipt in a safe place. This serves as proof of the return shipment in case your package gets lost on the way to us.
